Me? Well, I'm a wife, a mother, a sister, a former military family, and am both an eldest and middle sister. I'm a huge book nerd, a moscato and margarita lover, a concert enthusiast (with a definite emphasis on 80s hair bands), a tech geek, and a writer.
Carmen has a bit of a gypsy soul and has had the pleasure of living all over the United States -- From Alaska, to Seattle, to New Mexico and Texas, and even the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. In 2013 this Michigan girl found her home and planted her roots underneath the blue skies of the Carolinas. Her real estate career started shortly thereafter.
Carmen and her team have had the utmost satisfaction of helping hundreds of families navigate this market to find their dream home and to help sellers receive offers with the best terms that are most important to them, year after year. She has been recognized on both the local and national stage for her work on team building and the complexities of matching clients with their perfect real estate professional. So much of real estate is personal, Carmen says. "It's about building trust, providing value, and keeping lines of communication open during one of the most exciting [and expensive] purchases of their life."
When asked, Carmen will tell you that she loves what she does and there is nothing in life that she would rather be doing. "My husband and I loved working with Carmen. It's impossible not to let her infectious attitude wrap you up and take you along for the ride," her past client, Polly, has told us.
If you're even thinking about real estate, Carmen is the place to start. You won't be disappointed.
Carmen is also a huge supporter of the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) Foundation, a charity that she holds near and dear to her heart. Her daughter passed away in 2015, and a portion of every sale is donated in her honor.
